Introduction

Welcome to the Coast & Country Procurement section.

This section provides information on the Coast & Country procurement activity, past, present and future. If you are interested in any of the advertised opportunities or would like to supply goods, or provide a service to the Company you will be required to complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ). In order to access the PQQ form please email johanna_dolan@cchousing.org.uk or contact the Procurement section to obtain a user name and password.

We are currently in the process of reviewing our approved list of contractors and suppliers . This means that at the present time we are not accepting any new applications to be included on the approved lists. We apologise for any inconvenience.


Procurement in Coast & Country

We have a dedicated Procurement team located at Coast & Country's head office in Redcar. The Procurement team ensures that all procurement for Coast & Country complies with internal financial regulations and EU Procurement Directives where appropriate.

We control and monitor all contracts for the procurement of goods, works and services.

Founded in 2008 Coast & Country is one of the 11 members of this North East-based consortium. neprocurement provides four-year framework agreements for investment material and labour contracts, leading to substantial efficiency savings for its members.
